Lee is a registered Health Psychologist in both New Zealand and Australia , bringing over 14 years of experience to the table. A proud graduate of the University of Auckland, she believes that investment in wellbeing does not only optimise one's health but also increases one's capacity to cope with stress and relieve suffering. Lee's extensive expertise spans various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and complex trauma, across both public and private sectors. She believes that every person has the capacity to transcend their suffering no matter how chronic it is. Beyond clinical practice, Lee has developed and delivered mindfulness programmes in public health, PHO and NGO settings; she maintains a daily meditation practice and is passionate about translating her knowledge and skills into practical and sustainable mindful ways of living. Committed to breaking down barriers to mental health, Lee is well-versed in providing psychological support through telehealth, a modality she embraced even before the pandemic.
