Sometimes life brings unexpected challenges, and other times things can feel difficult without a clear reason. You might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with changes in your life, adjusting to a health diagnosis, or feeling like experiences from the past are making it harder to move forward. Whatever has brought you here, therapy offers a space to better understand what's happening and take meaningful steps towards the life you want to build. I work with adolescents, young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem and major life transitions, with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults. I also have extensive experience supporting people affected by cancer, survivorship and grief, alongside supporting people navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life's everyday challenges. Together, these experiences have given me a deep understanding of how significant life events can affect identity, relationships, confidence and emotional wellbeing, whether related to health, loss or other life transitions. With eight years' experience as a Registered Psychologist, I draw on evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs. Together we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and help you build a life that feels more connected to what matters most. People often describe me as warm, genuine and easy to talk to. I aim to create a relaxed, supportive space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and leave with practical skills that support lasting change. If this approach feels like a good fit for you, I’d love to work alongside you.
