As a mental health counsellor, I help women during difficult life challenges. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I focus on supporting women who are struggling with anxiety and depression. I also have expertise in maternal mental health, supporting women during the reproductive years, from fertility challenges and pregnancy to birth and the postpartum period. I’ll be there to listen to you, help you work toward solutions, and support you along the way. What to Expect In our first session, you'll have the opportunity to share your story, learn more about my approach, and discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to create a plan and set specific goals to address your concerns. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable and secure. From there, in following sessions we'll work as a team to make these goals a reality for you.
