Biography

Member Registered with NZ Association of Counsellors (MNZAC). I have been working as a Counsellor for over five years and have over 15 years experience in mental health. I take a person-centered approach to counselling, working with people to set meaningful goals and collaborate on strategies to achieve them. I believe that people can live a valued life while accepting setbacks and developing strategies to cope with them. I help people to develop mindfulness skills to improve emotion regulation, as well as find practical solutions to problems. I utilise techniques from various counselling styles.
