I am a registered Consultant Clinical and Coaching Psychologist with 25 years of training and experience in understanding human behaviour, and over 15,000 face-to-face hours helping clients transform their thinking and behaviour. My work spans clinical, leadership, coaching, facilitation, consultancy, and community roles. I believe that emotional difficulties are deeply connected to our social, environmental, socioeconomic, and cultural contexts. They are understandable responses to our circumstances, histories, belief systems, and bodily capacities. Therapy may be helpful when these challenges become overwhelming, persistent, or interfere with daily functioning—or when our actions begin to harm ourselves or others. In both my clinical and coaching work, I help people develop psychological flexibility and the capacity to flourish. My approach is collaborative and empowering, grounded in the belief that we can all learn to draw on our skills, strengths, and new ways of understanding ourselves to thrive in both personal and professional life. I work with individuals to build psychological skills that reduce the impact of painful thoughts and feelings, clarify what truly matters, and take meaningful action. In my executive coaching practice, I partner with C-suite executives and senior and high-potential leaders across Healthcare, Finance, Legal & Professional Services, Science and Research, IT and Tech, Higher Education, Public Service, and For-Purpose sectors. Through assessment and therapy, workplace mental health evaluations, professional supervision, leadership coaching, consultation, training, and facilitation, I bring the worlds of psychology and work together. I support clients to consider all stakeholders’ perspectives, expand their range and flexibility, experiment with solutions, and make the changes that matter most to them.
