I am a registered psychologist in Auckland supporting adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, ADHD-related challenges, and work-related stress. I frequently work with EAP clients navigating high-pressure roles, workplace overwhelm, neurodiversity, emotional regulation difficulties, and major life or career transitions. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and trauma-informed, integrating CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients build coping strategies, improve focus and emotional regulation, strengthen self-esteem, and function more effectively at work and in daily life. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD and ASD), as well as clients with a history of childhood trauma or attachment difficulties. I aim to provide a calm, culturally responsive space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
