Katrina's focus is on helping clients to affect changes to achieve a more meaningful and enjoyable life. Her aim is to support people to function at their best, offering a safe place to express themselves freely, illuminate their own thoughts and feelings, and find solutions for positive outcomes. This process supports the ability to develop lasting tools/strategies. Katrina is an experienced counsellor and group facilitator and is of Māori/Tangata Tiriti whakapapa.
