I know it's not always easy to ask for help. I am passionate about working alongside people, supporting them to build new skills and watch them flourish. To me, relationship is really important - your therapist has to be the right fit. I have over 20 years of experience, including 11 in private practice and so have extensive experience with a huge range of different issues, working with both adults and young people.
