Counsellor
Specialised support for
Grief & Loss, Relationship Issues, Workplace Issues

Kia Ora, I am an experienced Counsellor, Professional Supervisor, Certified Life Coach, and ACC Sensitive Claims Provider, with over 19 years of counselling experience and 49 years working across a range of professional settings. For the past 13 years, I have been in private practice. I am passionate about creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and valued. Guided by the NZCCA Code of Ethics, I take a holistic approach, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to your individual needs. I also have training in The Havening Technique, a gentle somatic therapy that can help reduce anxiety and release the emotional impact of difficult memories. If this resonates with you, I would be honoured to support you on your journey. Please feel free to get in touch.
