I’m a registered Clinical Psychologist with 18 years of experience across diverse clinical settings (primarily mental health), supporting individuals from adolescence through to older adulthood. I have specialised experience in oncology, sports and performance psychology, chronic pain management, and supporting individuals living with Type 1 Diabetes. Having navigated my own experiences of perimenopause, I’m also passionate about helping women understand the brain and body shifts of this phase, and to use that awareness to support wellbeing. My work integrates neuroscience and psychology to help people understand the mind–body connection and regain a sense of agency in their lives. I’m particularly passionate about time-limited, evidence-based interventions that foster meaningful shifts in how people think, feel, and function. My approach is collaborative and focused, helping people gain insight and traction early in the process. Many clients notice meaningful shifts within just a few sessions as we clarify what matters most and put practical strategies into action. My therapeutic approach is an integration of a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I’m a mum of two boys, of Māori and Pākehā descent. Born and raised in Wellington.
