
Kia ora, I’m Julia — founder of Hā Habit. My work centres on nervous system regulation and habit change, drawing on lived experience, a mātauranga Māori worldview, and contemporary understanding of stress. Through Hā Habit, I’ve supported individuals, organisations, and communities to build calm, self-trust, and sustainable wellbeing using breath, body awareness, and practical tools. At this time, I’m not currently offering one-to-one or group services through clearhead. Arohanui, Julia
