
My work focuses on nervous system regulation and habit change — helping people move from overwhelm to clarity, and from reaction to response. Through Hā Habit, I support individuals, whānau, and organisations to move through stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm using simple, practical tools grounded in breath, body awareness, and mātauranga Māori. Clients often come to me feeling reactive, exhausted, or stuck in patterns they can’t shift. What they experience is a return to calm, clearer thinking, improved problem-solving, and the capacity to act in alignment — even in discomfort. I see people interrupt anxiety in real time, respond calmly under pressure, and create lasting change in areas such as physical health, financial wellbeing, smoking, and emotional eating.
