I'm a Counselling psychologist, who believes that therapy is a collaborative process and guides clients to increase self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease symptoms, and increase personal strengths to have a more meaningful life experience. My role as a therapist is to support you in achieving the goals you have in mind. Working through the things in life that distract you from accomplishing personal goals and re-focusing you to make that break through. Gaining a greater self-awareness, tools and skills that will help re-align those future visions and purposes.
