I am a Licensed Counsellor and Coach with a combined experience of over six years in the EAP, family centres, youth agencies, and inclusive of my private practice. I work in an environment that is conformable, non-judgemental, and empathetic. I help my clients grow and become more self-aware by providing an ethical and focused approach to finding hope, joy, peace with the ultimate purpose of thriving in life.
