Biography

Providing a safe space to explore any topic is the purpose of my practice. Counselling is a collaborative process where you are the expert in your life. I will listen, be a sounding board and be alongside to hold hope, as we explore challenges, discover solutions and share in success. Underpinning my practice are client centred, pluralistic, strength and evidence based approaches.
