Biography

I facilitate confidential conversations that open space for reflection, through focusing on what is important, what you accord value to and the developmental models of therapeutic change. The knowledge that I have developed, has lead to an understanding that if your core beliefs/values are compromised, this can cause a lack of inner balance/harmony.
