I am a registered Psychologist (Health Psychologist). I enjoy helping people manage both their physical health and mental health using psychological tools. I work with difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, PTSD & addictions, as well as long-term health conditions such as persistent pain, sleep issues and other medical conditions. I like to use a collaborative, strength-based approach, switching between modalities such as CBT, ACT, EMDR and mindfulness practices to suit individual clients.
