It can be hard to see the forest for the trees when you’re in the middle of the forest. Often, this means that speaking to someone who is not involved in your daily life about what is burdening you can be more effective. I’m committed to providing a safe and non-judgemental space in which you can work through your struggles, have your feelings and experiences validated, explore your authentic self, and learn new tools and strategies to support positive wellbeing. I have extensive experience in family violence, grief and loss, and have a special interest in lifestyle balance and burnout.
