Biography

My curiosity about our potential for change, sparked my interest in psychology. As a clinical psychologist I have had the privilege of journeying with people from all walks of life, for more than 25 years. The work took me to thirteen different countries and included people from countless more. This diversity taught me how to connect through our shared humanity, it deepened my compassion for the variety of challenges we face and sparked my interest in the different applications of psychology. In private practice, therapy unfolded for me as a profound and deep relational connection. It creates a safe place, where we get to discover who we are, what we want, and how to get there. Driven by a sense that there was more, I actively explored other forms of psychological change conversations. This included facilitation, lecturing, organizational development, corporate consulting, psychometric assessments, executive coaching, leadership development, forensic psychology, and supervision. In 2018, I felt the need to redefine my personal brand to authentically reflect this journey through psychology. My Catalytix is about intentionally facilitating moments that ignite the inspiration for transformation. We believe in peoples' potential to create purpose. It values relentless compassion, creativity curiosity, and endearing connectedness. Over the course of a lifetime, it speaks about the passionate pursuit of the art and science of specialized change conversations. In terms of what we do, we constantly find innovative ways to facilitate transformational change for individuals, teams, and organizations. Special interests in private practice includes adolescents, adults, couples, trauma, addiction, and supervision. Special interests in organizational consulting include business coaching, psychometric assessments, performance management, and talent management.
