Her holistic approach incorporates mental health coaching, nutrition, lifestyle and behavior change techniques—such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She’s passionate about all things related to good food, nutrition, and the food-mood connection including the impact gut and hormonal health has on our mental fitness. She has 18 years experience in the wellness space and supports people experiencing anxiety, burn out and stress.
