My approach is tailored to each individual, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solution. Your experiences are unique, and I take the time to understand what they mean to you. Together, we will work at a pace that feels right for you. I work from a relational and strengths-based approach, one that values genuine connection, trust, and the recognition of the inner resources you already possess. I believe healing and growth occur through authentic relationships, and that the capacity for change exists within each person.
