Biography

I’m a registered psychotherapist (PBANZ). And, I welcome those struggling with mental health difficulties and/or those who want to have a greater understanding of who they are. I offer a psychotherapeutic encounter where I aim to help you to get to know and rework some of the internal dynamics that inform who you are at your own pace. This means that I will listen closely to you and observe what unfolds in our therapeutic relationship, while considering and reflecting on how your unconscious and pre-conscious dynamics (i.e. thoughts, feelings, relational patterns, memories, fantasies, wishes, and desires) inform your sense of who you are and how these dynamics affect your daily life. I currently only work online, but plan to open an office in Wellington in the 2nd half of 2024. Please email, text, or call for more information and bookings.
