Biography

I am a mature and creative counsellor who works with adults experiencing significant life-work-relational and identity transition, any of which may be eagerly anticipated or disconcert us. We will work together to co-create calm, identify key issues of concern, and explore strategies that will help us make sense of what is unfurling within you so you can so you can take the next best step. I draw upon indigenous models of care and am a trauma, gender and neurodiverse informed counsellor and supervisor.
