Hi, I'm Dr. Freyja Mann, I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist and full member of the NZCCP with over 12 years’ experience working in mental health in a variety of roles and settings. I completed training to doctoral level in the UK, where I am from, before moving to New Zealand in 2019. I specialise in working with parents, young people, and those impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) but I also generally find value in helping people to work with the challenges life brings. I find a small number of sessions funded by your employer is often enough to bring about meaningful change. Please be aware these sessions are therapeutic as opposed to focussed on assessment and/or diagnosis of any kind.
My professional qualifications include: Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) Registered Clinical Psychologist in New Zealand Full Member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology – First Class Honours (Bsc(hons)) Continued Professional Development including but not limited to training in Autism Spectrum Disorders,Attachment, and Trauma.
