Are you feeling distressed, lost, anxious or overwhelmed? When life moves in unexpected ways, it can be difficult to cope, let alone feel calm or clear. My role is to support you in easing the mental and emotional suffering that can arise during challenging times. Drawing on training and qualifications in Counselling, Psychology, and NLP, I support adults to overcome anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, grief, trauma and low mood. Together we work toward restoring confidence, rebuilding self-esteem, and cultivating more balanced, meaningful relationships. The desire to reflect light into dark places and to help people heal is what drives me. I offer a safe, respectful and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and navigate whatever challenges you are facing. I pride myself on my authenticity and unconditional positive regard for those I have the privilege of working with. My practice is grounded in inclusiveness, and I work exclusively with adults of all ages, welcoming cultural, spiritual, gender, sexual, and neurodiverse identities.
