I take a holistic approach to therapy, using evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioural, compassion/mindfulness-based approaches, and somatic techniques to improve clients' well-being. I love to help people get unstuck, better manage their health, understand themselves and their relationships, and grow, heal and change.
