Biography

Clinical interest in promoting psychological wellbeing with a collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to therapy. Fernando was born in Brazil and has lived in New Zealand since 2009. He has experience providing therapeutic support to clients with a variety of mental health issues and stressors in life. These include work related challenges, anxiety issues, depression, substance abuse, relationship difficulties, distress caused by pain and physical injuries, and trauma history.
