You might be carrying a lot—grief that hasn’t had space, anxiety that feels like it’s running the show, patterns in relationships that keep looping back. Maybe you've tried to push through, stay strong, or do all the “right things,” and still find yourself stuck or exhausted. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you don’t have to do that alone. We’ll get curious about what’s been hard, where it comes from, and what small changes could start to make a difference. I use EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and relational therapy, grounded in culture, context, and the nervous system. I’m interested in how our experiences—in family, community, and systems—shape how we see ourselves and relate to others, and how therapy can gently shift those patterns. If you’re reading this, something in you is probably hoping for change— that hope matters. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to holding it all together. If you're curious about working together, I’d love to hear what’s bringing you here and to see if it feels like we could be a good fit. Please get in touch.
