Biography

For me, therapy is a partnership where individuals have the power to rewrite their own stories and gain fresh insights into themselves, their lives and relationships. Having my roots in social work I am a firm believer in everyone being experts in their own lives. I also tend to view challenges and solutions in our wider family, community, socio-political & cultural context. I have worked in New Zealand and overseas within academic settings, not-for-profits and government.
