My approach is person-centred, trauma informed and deeply relational. I believe that the psychological sufferings we sometimes experience stem from relationships, and only in relationships can be explored, processed, and organised differently. Sometimes we try hard to be different to fit with others and in this world, and as a result we might suffer even more and feel isolated. The relationship with my clients can be a safe place where they can try more authentic and spontaneous ways of being.
