Kia ora! My name is Ella, and I am a registered clinical psychologist who works compassionately and collaboratively with adults (18+) experiencing a range of life challenges and mental health difficulties. I work in a warm, non-judgemental, and genuine manner, and strive to create a space where you will feel safe to share your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. I am passionate about helping people learn about themselves, overcome feeling ‘stuck’, and develop practical skills and strategies, so that they can ride the waves of life with presence and a sense of resilience and purpose. Please note, I am currently only accepting referrals through this platform for clients with Clearhead EAP funding.
