I have a background in youth and young adult mental health, nutrition, and health psychology. I take a person-centred, strength-based approach grounded in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT); while also being trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and EMDR. I tailor my support to each individual, providing a warm, relatable, and attentive space. I believe in the power of using humor, and fostering a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen and heard.
