Hello, and welcome! I’m a Health Psychologist with a deep curiosity about the human experience and a passion for understanding how our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing intertwine. I work with adults facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, low mood, health-related trauma, sleep difficulties, and the process of adjusting to change or ongoing health conditions. My approach to therapy is holistic, considering all aspects that shape your experience - be it physical, emotional, social, or personal. I recognise that life’s stressors, health issues, and major transitions can impact not only how we feel but also how we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate the world around us. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative space tailored to your needs - where you can feel truly heard and empowered. Together, we’ll work on gaining clarity and insight, reconnecting with what matters, and developing practical strategies to help you move forward. Our focus will be on identifying what might be keeping you stuck, building skills to manage difficulties, and making sustainable changes that align with your values and fit into your everyday life. My background includes experience working across public and private healthcare settings in New Zealand, as well as with adults living with chronic and complex health conditions. I also have a strong interest in staff wellbeing and offer professional supervision. I offer in-person sessions on Thursday evenings (5:00–8:30 pm), with additional flexibility for online appointments. Please feel free to reach out by phone or email to discuss your needs or explore appointment options. I look forward to connecting with you.
