Diane Doehring

Diane has direct experience of the value of therapy and understands the need for a listening ear. She believes that clients are the experts on their own lives and are able to determine the direction and pace of therapy. Her approach is respectful and non-blaming. She has a Masters degree in Counselling, and additional training in a range of evidence based models. These include CBT, ACT, EFTI and DBT. A trainee with ANZSJA (Australia New Zealand Society of Jungian Analysts), Diane has an interest in approaches that look in depth at how we have come to be where we are in life, and how we might harness our inner potential to become who we are meant to be.
