My training is as a counsellor, integrative psychotherapy, somaditic training, idt, Journey Practitioner, clinical hypnotherapy, gestalt patterns, and cbt. Im interested in supporting you by inquiring into the heart of the matter. Deep in side our being exists stored cell memories, core beliefs and survival mechanisms which are the silent driving force at the core of who we are today. These patterns of survival are not the truth of who we are but patterns that have been ingrained since childhood, Therapeutically we can invite a depth of understanding and something that no longer serves you - effortlessly can fall away.
