Biography

Hi There, I am Debbie and I have been working in mental health since 2006. I was drawn to this area of work by my desire to support people in their healing and growth towards becoming who they want to be and living a fulfilling life. My approach to therapy is anchored in putting the person I am working with at the center of the process. We will focus on what is going on for you at the time, what you would like to work on and, always at the pace that you are ready for. Visiting me at my practice you will find a space where you can feel safe, comfortable, and you will always be welcome to just be yourself.
