I'm a registered psychologist who takes a warm, strengths-based, and practical approach to helping clients create meaningful change. I support adults experiencing a range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, low mood, burnout, workplace challenges, life transitions, anger, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, and building confidence and resilience. I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their concerns and work towards their goals at a pace that feels right for them.
