Biography

I work with individuals aged 16 and older on a range of difficulties. My areas of work include: coping with life events mood difficulties and disorders anxiety difficulties and disorders historical and recent trauma grief sensitive claims (sexual abuse) assessment and treatment relationship difficulties I use an evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment. Some key therapies I use include EMDR, CBT, and ACT. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to good outcomes. I am an accredited EMDR practitioner.
