Treatment is the cornerstone of psychology. I provide a space that is affirming, non-judgemental, perceptive, and encouraging. The focus in treatment is the journey we take together towards your wellbeing. While people arrive with a range of issues, often at its core, is the pursuit of psychological relief. I am keen to help people realise how they can lead more fulfilling lives, and to remove obstacles towards achieving goals. I utilise a range of methods including CBT, ACT, EMDR, schema therapy, attachment. I emphasise strength-based, value-congruent and culturally responsive assessment and interventions. I work with clients aged 12 years and older. I am registered clinical psychologist with 26 years experience working across the public and private sector. For private pay clients, I offer neurodevelopmental assessments (ADHD, ASD, FASD) and provide psychoeducation and therapy sessions for parenting children with challenging behaviour. I am pleased to answer any questions before your first session, to see if I can be of help to you.
