Clare works with adults and adolescents to support change in the context of difficult psychological experiences. Some of these may include low mood, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship dynamics, adjustment, anger, trauma, and stress. Clare has an evidence-based, warm, and considered approach to supporting her clients. She draws from a range of therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and mindfulness-based models, Schema Therapy, DBT skills and EMDR.
