"Christine is a professional counsellor, trained at Waikato University, who has been working with children, young people, adults and families for over 11 years. Throughout her counselling career, Christine has managed to build positive relationships with children, young people and adults. These relationships have always been founded on trust, respect and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of people. Christine addresses the Treaty of Waitangi and is mindful of other cultures in her work taking nothing for granted and treating each client as an individual with the utmost respect given to their beliefs. The variety of clients in her practice (children, young people and adults) has helped to weave a colourful and interesting story into Christine's Practice and added to her counselling experience. Christine has a particular passion for working with children and young people, as she has spent over 30 years as a teacher."
