Psychotherapist
Specialised support for
Relationship Issues, Self-acceptance, Work-life Balance

I am a Psychosynthesis counsellor/psychotherapist, relational psychotherapist. I offer a warm, thoughtful and collaborative approach, providing a safe and confidential space for people to explore whatever may be happening for them. People often seek support when life has become difficult to manage — through stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, workplace pressures, loss, change, burnout, feeling overwhelmed, or simply a sense of being stuck or disconnected from themselves. I work collaboratively with each client to identify what would make the sessions useful to them. This might involve gaining clarity around a difficult situation, finding ways to manage stress or anxiety, understanding a relationship pattern, navigating a significant transition, reconnecting with personal resources, or simply having a place where something difficult can be spoken about openly. My aim is that clients leave therapy not simply feeling heard, but with a greater sense of self-understanding, choice and connection to their own capacity to meet what comes next.
