Clinical Psychologist
Specialised support for
Coping Skills, Finding Purpose, Life Changes, Low Mood, Mental Health

Hi, I’m Chelsea! I’m an NZ-registered clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping people build resilience and navigate life’s challenges. Over the past 8 years I've supported young people & adults with a wide range of mood, anxiety, self-identity, and stress-related difficulties. This has included working through challenges like depression, OCD, relationship breakups, disordered eating and body image difficulties, transitions to parenthood and returning to work, low self-worth, coping with physical injuries, workplace burnout, and adjusting to big life changes. My approach is genuine, warm, curious, and compassionate. Talking with a psychologist is more than just feeling heard - although I'll strive to understand you and your unique experiences. I believe it's also important to make sense of the patterns we found ourselves stuck in, and develop a clear plan forward. This may include simply bringing about a renewed sense of insight, getting some heavy thoughts and feelings off your chest, or tailoring and practising evidence-based skills to better cope and relieve unwanted symptoms. If you have any questions about working together or appointment availability, please feel free to email me on [email protected]
