Charlotte is a registered clinical psychologist, who has spent her career supporting people with their wellbeing. Charlotte is motivated to work with you to unpack, understand and make meaning of different challenges life throws our way. The therapeutic relationship is the core of Charlotte's mahi, within which she prioritises your needs and goals, and aim to build a safe space for exploring thoughts, feelings and behaviours to facilitate resilience and change. Being evidence-based is a strong value of Charlotte's, meaning she relies on research and what’s proven to work to inform her practice. Charlotte has experience with cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and schema therapy, and recognise the importance of finding an approach that works for you.
