I am a registered Psychologist with many years' experience in the mental health sector and have filled roles in leadership, training, service development, and the community. I specialise in neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD and autism), workplace wellbeing and neuroinclusion, and rangatahi (youth) and whānau wellbeing. I provide therapy and comprehensive psychological assessments for individuals, run training workshops, and design content and resources on topics related to mental health, wellbeing, and neurodivergence for organisations and tertiary institutes. My style is warm, genuine, and inclusive and I take a strengths-based and trauma-sensitive approach, working from lived experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHDer. I also have an interest in alternative therapies for when more traditional approaches are not appropriate or desired, for instance I have conducted research on equine-assisted therapy, have interests in somatic and yoga therapies, and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Trauma-Informed Yoga. I am committed to continuing professional development, training and supervision with senior clinical and neuropsychologists to ensure that I offer you the best service based on up-to-date psychological knowledge. I am a member of the New Zealand Psychological Society (NZPsS) and the New Zealand Special Interest Group for Neuropsychology (MNZSIGN). I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200). I am available for Adult ADHD assessment, neuroaffirming psychological support for ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergence-related needs, and workplace wellbeing - by telehealth, nationwide, or in-person in Hauraki, Auckland. I also provide supervision for clinicians related to neurodivergence and neuroaffirming care 💖 I frequently have availability within 1-2 week timeframes, but am not able to show my immediate availability on Clearhead. Please note, sessions are 50 minutes (not 45!). Please get in touch to request an appointment.
