Sometimes we all need the space to take time out and reflect on what's going or to talk with someone outside our immediate circle. Therapy is a confidential space that can help you to develop the insight and skill you need to work through difficult or challenging experiences and find ways to live a life with greater resilience and purpose. In my practice I provide a safe, non judgemental space to explore what is going on and help you to understand what is contributing to your presenting issue. We will work collaboratively to achieve your goals and develop individualised coping strategies in order to create a meaningful change. I provide assessments and therapeutic intervention for children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing a range of difficulties that may be impacting on their day-to-day life and well-being. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and can address a wide range of presenting difficulties. Beginning therapy can often be a terrifying step to take.
