Biography

I have always had a passion and desire to help people become the best versions of themselves. I enjoyed being the listening ear and the calm place people could come to and just be and share their struggles, but not only that, also celebrate their victories. I grew up in South Africa in a culture rich community where I learned a lot about supporting each other and caring for people no matter where you come from. I moved to New Zealand in 2012 and pursued studies in Speech Therapy as well as Social Anthropology, but ultimately found my passion in counselling and haven't looked back since. I have a passion for identity work, as well as a wide range of other areas including but not limited to working with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, stress and time management, grief and loss, self-esteem and confidence issues. I am also passionate seeing people reach their full potential and heal from their pain and trauma in order to flourish as individuals.
