Kia ora, my name is Caoimhe and I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Wellington CBD. I am originally from Ireland and moved to New Zealand in 2020. I have over seven years' experience working with children, teens, and adults in community mental health and inpatient services in Ireland and New Zealand. I have completed training in a number of evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, EMDR, and Schema Therapy. I take a warm and collaborative approach, drawing on clients' strengths to facilitate change and growth.
