Therapy is not a one size fits all. As a practitioner I believe in working alongside my clients in tailoring sessions for them. I bring a number of years of experience in psycho education and therapy and this is done with you using a mixture of modalities (Person Centred, CBT, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness). In therapy I want to hear about who you are, where you're struggling, then move together towards a more beneficial outcome. Sometimes we don't even know why we are struggling and that's ok too. Therapy is about self-discovery, learning, healing and moving forward.
