Biography

As a Psychologist and Yoga and Meditation teacher, I am passionate about holistic health, and I love supporting clients to optimise their wellbeing through a wide range of evidence-based body-mind practices. I am also a supervisor, trainer/educator and work alongside clients presenting with a wide array of difficulties including but not limited to depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), life transitions and burnout. I have extensive experience working alongside young people and adults in the numerous roles and settings that I have worked in throughout my career. I am eclectic in my approach to treatment, utilising the numerous modalities that I have trained in and tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs. My main goal is to educate, support, and empower everyone I work with. I am committed to helping people realise their potential and achieve vibrant health and wellbeing.
