Bridget is an intuitive and compassionate psychologist who offers clients a supportive and safe space. Bridget believes that living a healthy, meaningful and fulfilling life should be at the core of human existence. She is holistic in her approach – providing support services that strive to enhance and maintain physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. She believes that true wellbeing is only possible when we are connected to our bodies and inner selves. Bridget is eclectic in her approach to treatment utilising the various modalities she is trained in and tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs. She views each client she works alongside as a whole being and works in collaboration to support them to gain awareness of the connections between their emotions, thoughts, physical experiences, and spiritual understandings. This deeper understanding of the whole self can often lend itself to greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-acceptance. Her main goal is to educate, support and empower everyone she works with. She is committed to helping people realise their potential and achieve vibrant health and wellbeing.
