Biography

I provide a safe, warm, and confidential space for you to come as you are and learn to make meaningful changes, overcome challenges, and cultivate well-being. If you're experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, or other challenges in your life, know that you're not alone. I love supporting people to create positive and lasting change in their lives and I am excited to help you along in your journey. How? By combining a range of evidence-informed therapies and tailoring them to what you need. In my practice, I foster an empathic, understanding, and solution-focused therapeutic space. I believe therapy, at its best, is a nurturing and stabilizing process. I spend time helping clients build resilience, enabling them to face their difficulties from a place of warmth, kindness, and compassion. This approach makes tackling challenges and trauma easier, less overwhelming, and more effective. I encourage my clients to develop new behaviors and ways of being that align with their goals and values, fostering self-led and transformative change. Holding compassionate space for self-inquiry is vital to the healing process. Whatever your issue, big or small, it's valid, and there's nothing more valuable than doing deep internal work to transform your life for the better. Building a strong connection with your therapist is vital, so if you think we could be a good fit, please get in touch.
