She provides an integrative form of therapy. Being pluralistic Billie draws from a vast variety of modalities including person-centered, strength-based, solution-focused, narrative, Te whare tapa wha (Holistic wellbeing), mahi wairua, and CBT (Cognitive behaviour therapy). Having such a vast skill set she also has the capability to work with a diverse range of people, all with unique therapeutic goals. Examples of previous experience include working with those who present with anxiety, depression, motivation, emotional regulation, matekite, stress, loss and grief, conduct behaviours, domestic violence, sexual abuse, psychological abuse, physical abuse, self harm, trauma, co-dependency, and addiction.
